Private tutor in Helsinki, Finland
Education
I studied a Bachelor of Arts at The University of Melbourne, majoring in Advanced Mandarin Chinese (and Economics). I've also completed advanced Chinese language courses at Zhejiang University and National Taiwan Normal University. I scored 6 on my HSK exam, which is the equivalent of C2.
Experience
I have prior language tutoring experience having worked in language schools in China and Taiwan. As a passionate language learner, I understand the journey a student takes to becoming fluent in Mandarin. I'd love to share my many language-learning tips and passion for the Chinese language and culture with my students. I can teach both simplified and traditional characters and am happy to create/source material for teaching or to teach from your current textbooks. All topics can be covered - from absolute beginner to advanced conversation. *** As a native English speaker I'm also willing to teach conversational English ***
